By using Crazy Baba's platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Crazy Baba is a marketplace platform connecting homeowners with independent home service professionals. We facilitate bookings but the professionals are independent contractors, not Crazy Baba employees.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance by a professional. Payment is due after service completion. Our zero-advance policy means you are never charged before a service is rendered.
4. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee at our discretion.
5. Service Warranty
We offer a 30-day re-service guarantee on all completed bookings. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraudulent bookings, harassment of professionals, or any use that violates applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crazy Baba's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
